Assessment
Each watch is assessed on arrival. The condition is documented before any disassembly begins.
Estimate
A written estimate is prepared and confirmed with the owner before work proceeds.
Service
The agreed work is carried out at the bench. No additional work is undertaken without contact.
Handback
The watch is returned with a written condition note detailing what was done and any observations.
Mechanical Movement Servicing
A full mechanical service covers disassembly of the movement, cleaning of all components, application of correct lubricants at each point, reassembly, and timing adjustment on a regulated timegrapher. A written condition note is prepared on completion and handed back with the watch.
This service is suited to mechanical and automatic timepieces showing signs of wear, running significantly fast or slow, or those that have not been serviced within the recommended interval of four to six years.
- Full movement disassembly and parts inspection
- Ultrasonic or manual cleaning of all components
- Calibrated lubrication at all pivot points
- Timegrapher check — rate and amplitude recorded
- Written condition note on handback
Process steps:
Drop off and initial assessment — condition photographed and noted
Written estimate provided and confirmed with owner
Disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly at the bench
Timegrapher verification and rate adjustment
Collection with written condition note and timegrapher readings
Starting from
฿3,400
Typical duration: 7–10 working days
Vintage Case Restoration
Aged cases, dials, and hands are handled with the intention of preserving original character. The default approach is conservative — stabilising and cleaning rather than refinishing. Any polishing or surface work is discussed with the owner before being carried out, and parts sourcing is handled with the same care: options are presented, decisions rest with the owner.
This service is appropriate for watches where the case or dial shows wear from age or mishandling, where lume on hands or indices needs attention, or where replacement parts for a discontinued reference need to be sourced thoughtfully.
- Condition photograph taken at drop-off
- Case, dial, and hands assessed individually
- Scope of refinishing agreed before any work begins
- Parts sourcing options presented and confirmed with owner
- Original parts returned unless disposal requested
Process steps:
Detailed assessment with condition photography
Written scope proposal and estimate presented to owner
Case and dial work carried out within agreed scope
Parts sourcing if required, with owner sign-off before ordering
Review with owner at collection — original parts returned
Starting from
฿15,000
Duration: varies by scope and parts availability
Battery & Seal Renewal
A quartz cell replacement paired with a gasket inspection and water-resistance test carried out on-site. The correct cell type is matched to the movement calibre, the crown and case-back gaskets are checked and replaced where necessary, and the water resistance is tested before the watch is returned.
This service is suited to everyday quartz watches, dive-rated pieces due for a seal check, or any watch where the battery has expired or the power reserve is noticeably shorter than usual.
- Cell type matched to movement calibre
- Crown and case-back gasket inspection
- Gasket replacement where wear is found
- Water-resistance test on-site before handback
- Same-day turnaround where stock permits
Process steps:
Case-back removal and cell identification
Gasket inspection — replaced if needed
Correct replacement cell fitted
Case-back resealed and water-resistance tested
Watch returned — same day where parts are in stock
Starting from
฿32,000
Same-day where possible

Standards that apply to every piece
Secure storage while in workshop
Each piece is stored in a labelled individual tray from drop-off through to collection.
Written estimate before work begins
No service proceeds without a confirmed written estimate. The final charge is not higher than the agreed figure.
Original parts retained and returned
Removed original components are kept and handed back with the watch unless disposal is explicitly requested.
Owner contact during service
If anything unexpected is found during a service, the workshop contacts the owner before proceeding.
Customer information handled privately
Contact and watch details are held in a paper register on-site and are not shared with third parties.
Condition note on every handback
A written record is prepared and returned with every watch, regardless of the service type.
